March 6th:
- Installation of the Expert Commission. It will have 3 months to submit the preliminary draft to the Constitutional Council.
- Installation of the Technical Committee on Admissibility.
May 7th:
- Election of the Members of the Constitutional Council.
June 7th:
- Installation of the Constitutional Council. It will have 5 months to approve the proposal text for the New Constitution.
December 17th:
- Exit plebiscite. Citizens will be asked whether they are in favor or against the New Constitution in a referendum that will have a mandatory vote.
