A group of citizens entitled to vote equivalent to 5% of the latest electoral roll, may submit an initiative to fully or partially repeal one or more laws enacted under this Constitution for it to be voted through a national referendum.
Proposals related to taxes and the budgetary administration of the State shall not be admissible.
