Article 7, National Council for Bioethics

The National Council for Bioethics shall be an independent, technical body of a consultative nature, pluralistic and transdisciplinary, which shall have, among other duties, that of advising State instrumentalities on matters of bioethics that may affect human and animal life, nature, and biodiversity, recommending the legislative approval, amendment and elimination of provisions regulating said matters.

The law shall regulate the composition, duties, organisation, and remaining aspects of this body.
