Everyone, as consumer, has individual and collective rights. To such ends, the State shall protect, by means of effective procedures, their rights to freedom of choice, to truthful information, to not be discriminated, to safety, to the protection of their health and the environment, to a suitable reparation and compensation, and to education for a responsible consumer.
