The Constitution acknowledges the right of members of each educational community to participate in the setting of the educational project and in the decisions of each establishment, as well as in the design, implementation and evaluation of local and national educational policy for the exercise of the right to education. The law shall detail the conditions, instrumentalities and procedures aimed at ensuring the binding participation of educational community members.
