Individuals sentenced to a prison facility on account of crimes against humanity, sexual and domestic violence crimes, crimes linked to corruption such as tax fraud, money laundering, bribery, misappropriation of fiscal funds, and the remainder set forth by law, may not opt to public office. The terms and duration for these prohibitions shall be provided by law.
