There shall be a Board of the Public Prosecutor’s Office, comprising regional prosecutors and the National Prosecutor, who will chair it.
The Board shall set the criminal prosecution policy and the criteria on which to act in the fulfilment of said objectives, having to always ensure transparency and objectivity, protecting the interests of society and the observance of human rights.
