In order to enforce resolutions and carry out or cause to be carried out the proceedings determined by law, courts of justice may issue warrants or direct instructions to the public force, which mandate must be complied with in a prompt and expeditious manner, with no authority to qualify its basis, timeliness, or legality.
Judgments issued against the State of Chile by international human rights courts, whose jurisdiction has been recognized by Chile, shall be enforced by the courts of justice in accordance with the procedure established by law, even if they contravene a final judgment rendered by the latter.
