Nature has the right to be respected and protected in its existence, regeneration, maintenance and restoration of its functions and dynamic balances, involving natural cycles, ecosystems, and biodiversity. The State through its institutional bodies must guarantee and promote the rights of Nature as determined by the Constitution and law.
