Judges may not be charged or deprived of their liberty, except in cases of flagrante delicto, if the relevant Court of Appeals does not declare one or more chapters of the respective judicial misconduct complaint admissible.
Decision issued on judicial misconduct complaint may be appealable before the Supreme Court. As soon as the decision accepting the complaint becomes final, the criminal proceeding shall continue in accordance with the general rules and the judge shall be suspended from the exercise of his or her duties.
