In exercising public service, civil servants shall conduct themselves in an irreproachable and responsible manner at work, performing the corresponding role or job in a true, honest, objective, and fair way, never incurring any sort of discrimination, and with the general interest prevailing over specific interests.
Civil service shall be conducted with territorial, cultural, and linguistic pertinence.
