Members of the jurisdictional bodies, whether unipersonal or collegiate, shall be called judges. There shall be no hierarchy among those exercising legal jurisdiction and they shall solely be distinguished by virtue of duties performed. Judges shall not receive any honorific status.
The staffing and internal administrative organization of courts shall be determined by law.
