Article 10, On Plurinationality and Interculturality of the Regional State

Territorial entities and their administrative bodies acknowledge, guarantee, and promote the political and legal acknowledgment of the pre-existing peoples and nations that inhabit the State’s territories; their survival, existence and harmonious development; the fair distribution of political power, and of the spaces supplied for political participation; the use, acknowledgment, and promotion of indigenous languages, favouring intercultural communication, a respectful consideration for different world views, conceptions, and communication with the nature; the protection of the rights to self-determination, and autonomy of the native territories, in coordination with the rest of the territorial entities.
